I’m Adelaide, a Design Leader based in New York City, specializing in Service & Product Design for complex, regulated industries, particularly financial services.

I'm an American Australian hybrid who grew up in Ohio, spent a decade in Australia, and returned to the U.S. in 2023. My path into design ironically started with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, then followed by self-directed learning in technology and design across Food, IT, and Finance industries.

At Macquarie, I've built design teams from zero, created cross regional design communities of 40+ designers, and presented to the Board. I'm currently growing Macquarie Asset Management's design capability after building COG Digital's Americas & EMEA practice.

I invest time to truly understand the business and its complexities before designing solutions. I excel at synthesizing complex information into clear insights and building alignment through collaboration. My approach combines deep curiosity with optimistic, value focused energy that helps teams move from ambiguity to action.
