    Design Leadership

    Over two years I built Macquarie Group’s regional design team (Americas & EMEA), building a multi-year portfolio of design work across our Macquarie Capital, Asset Management, and Commodities and Global Markets businesses.

    Process (Re)design

    Financial services is full of complex, high-stakes operational processes. I partner with time-poor business teams to make sense of these systems, map where effort and risk accumulate, and redesign processes to be more efficient, intuitive and scalable.

    Client Research

    I’ve led research across Macquarie’s partner, competitor and client ecosystems to map the true end-to-end experience, not just the portion we directly control. I use qualitative and quantitative insights to challenge assumptions, reveal the real friction points, and ensure our products and services reflect how customers actually navigate, not how we imagine they do.

    Experience Design

    I translate complex systems and business requirements into clear, human-centred experiences. My work ranges from service blueprints to UX flows, anchored in the constraints and opportunities of enterprise technology, operations and commercial goals. I enjoy working across the end to end process, or in partnership with other teams on a targeted area.

    Facilitation

    I’m an experienced facilitator who can guide groups of any size. I know how to draw out the quietest voices, channel the loudest, and keep discussions anchored to the business outcomes that matter. Over my career, I’ve facilitated 50+ in-person, virtual and hybrid workshops that align teams, uncover the real problem, and create momentum.
